彭起健，笔名荣轩，斋号墨艺斋，1959 年4月生，四川省乐山市夹江人，大专学历，国家一级美术师，从事书法、国画教研40多年。现为中国国画家协会会员，北京巨匠丹青书画院院士，世界年鉴副主编，世界顶级艺术大师。国礼艺术家，中国当代艺术功勋人物。他爱夹江网书画版主，任多家单位艺术顾问。
Peng Qijian, pen name Rong Xuan, Zhai Mo Yi Zhai, born in April 1959 in Jiajiang, Leshan City, Sichuan Province, college degree, national first-class artist, engaged in calligraphy, traditional Chinese painting teaching and research for more than 40 years.
